Is anyone interested in a Howl-O-Scream meet in October? I have a season pass (not platinum) so I can get $12 off tickets for friends and family ahead of time. Reply letting me know what you think, please. Thanks! HOW THIS WILL WORK There won't be that many people going, so instead of picking a date and hoping people can come, I'm asking the people who want to go when they'd be able to come. Then we'll pick a date from there. You can e-mail me the dates if you want to be secretive. We might end up going when @Liudwih is going, because she's already planning on it. Apparently most forms of military (seems everybody except dependents) get 4 free tickets a year. If you need details, contact her. If you cannot contact her, contact me, and I will contact her. @cyndyoxox e-mailed me and said she'd like to bring her son as well
@Liudwih says that "we may go", not sure who we is but it must mean more than one person @karenMhurd said in the "are you bringing guests" response to the September meetup: "Am Interested in the Howl-O-Scream meetup!" Edited by User 5,858,387 on Sep 14, 2008 6:00 PM |

i think this is a great idea, I'll ask the rest of the family to see if they want to go. Please post the date when you and the others have chosen!
I'd like to say "yes" right now but September is one of the busiest months for me, and because nearly EVERY DAY is busy in September, I keep thinking, on reflex, that I'll be busy in October too. (Does that even make sense?) |

Wow! This is really a nice idea but I'm afraid even with a $12 discount this is kind of outta mine and Chip's price range. Busch Gardens used to be a lot of fun for us because with me being a wheelchair user I used to be able to get on at the exits and whomever was with me, we could get on pretty much immediately. Now, the last time we went they had changed the rules and disabled people have to go to customer service and get a booklet of the rides and go to each rides exit and get a time frame put into the book when they can come back and get on with only 1 guest (where b4 I used to be able to take several people with me). I guess it's a more fare system but it really sucks because you have to plan out the whole day instead of just going on what you want when you want?

Wow? I've never seen the Quick Queue before? It must be something new but it does look like the system they had for the disabled but now it is for anyone who can get the tickets before they run out? I don't know how much of an advantage it would be though, depends on how many Quick Queue tickets they actually give out?
